What is the shipping cost?
Hammer Defense ships directly to you using one of our many shipping partners. You will know your shipping fees when you check out. Be on the lookout for shipping deals and specials, however!
How long does it take for my products to arrive?
Normally within 10 days. It can sometimes be faster. But if you have not received your order within 12 days, PLEASE contact us !
What if I want to return my products?
We take returns at no extra cost WITHIN 30 DAYS. Please contact us with the following information so we can better facilitate your return:
1) Your order ID
2) Your name
3) Your address, including zip code.
We will send you a label that you can print and place on our package and drop at our shipping partner. Package your goods as well as possible so that they do not bread during shipping. As soon as we receive your package we will refund your purchase price.
What if my product breaks or is defective?
Make sure to activate your product warranty (link here). If your product breaks, or is defective, contact us with 1) Your order ID 2) A clear picture and an account of what it is defective. Our customer support team will make sure to replace the product or refund your account.
Are your products allowed on an airplane?
We carry our products as part of our everyday lives-taking them with us on all types of transportation, including airplanes with no issues. However, TSA or other security personnel may elect to take our items from you or us at their discretion.
What are my liabilities if I use any of your products for self-defense?
We cannot answer this question. However, we strongly recommend that you learn about your state laws on this topic. Also, consider asking your legal representative about your potential liability and reading about this topic on the internet. However, there are few basic principles that apply for self-defense:
1. Do not instigate confrontation.
2. Do not use excessive means to defend yourself.
3. If you can get away, get away.
4. Know your rights and obligations.
